I had a large room with comfortable beds and everything was very comfortable. The location was unbeatable - very close to parade, fireworks and general party all about town, very nice atmosphere. There was café Cafe Cobou, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel is fantastic value for money, offering comfortable rooms and basic amenities. Its location is perfect, within walking distance to many places of interest, and ideal for shopping, dining, and river walks. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated their attention to detail, such as providing fresh towels and allowing me to store my bike in the cellar. The breakfast on offer was excellent and piping hot.
